Registration for the symposium is $45. You may pay in advance or the day of the course. You may pay by cash, check or credit card. Please make your check payable to CREFI. This fee includes the symposium, continental breakfast, lunch and syllabus materials. Employees of The Care Group, The St.Vincent Heart Center of Indiana and associates throughout St.Vincent Health Ministries may attend free of charge, but must pre-register. Residents and medical students may also attend at no charge provided they pre-register. Please make checks payable to CREFI.
